PSippr

Child safety policy

PSippr is for adults only

PSippr may only be used by people aged 18 or over. On first start the app asks for a date of birth and blocks anyone under 18. The date of birth stays on the device and is not sent anywhere.

This age check is a self-declaration, not an identity verification. It reduces the risk that minors use the app but cannot prevent a person from entering a false date.

What we forbid

Accounts that break these rules are blocked and reported to the police where the law requires it.

What you can do

If you suspect that a minor uses PSippr, or that someone targets minors: block the account, send a Report incident in the app with a screenshot and contact the police (112). See the Safety Center.

A separate site for children

A social site for children, childs.psippr.org, is in preparation. It is separate from the PSippr app and will have its own rules and protections. Nothing on it is available yet.
