Refund policy

Paid features

Optional paid features (multi-person video chat, custom albums, bonus pack, business profile) cost 5 € per month each and are paid through Stripe.

• If a payment went through but the feature did not unlock, the payment stays in the payment history in the app; write to psippr@psippr.org with the date and the feature and we will unlock it or refund it.
• As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days; by starting to use the unlocked feature immediately you agree that the service starts right away. Write to us and we refund the unused part.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Orders at businesses

Orders are paid directly to the business. Refunds, returns and complaints are handled by that business under its own terms and consumer law.

Ride sharing

• Paid directly to the driver: refunds are agreed with the driver.
• Paid by card: if the ride is cancelled before it ends, the authorised amount is released and nothing is charged. For a completed ride, contact the driver first; if that fails, write to us.
