Acceptable use policy
These rules apply to everything you do in PSippr: your profile, posts, chats, calls, albums, business profiles, orders and rides. Breaking them can lead to blocking, the spam list and, where the law requires it, a report to the police.
Age
PSippr is for adults only (18+). Minors must not use it. See the child safety policy.
Forbidden
- anything illegal under the law that applies to you,
- contacting, grooming or exploiting minors, and any sexual content involving minors,
- prostitution, escort services, trafficking and any paid sexual services,
- harassment, threats, stalking and hate speech,
- sharing intimate images of anyone without their consent,
- fake profiles and impersonation,
- spam, mass messaging and scams,
- selling illegal goods or services through business profiles or orders,
- malware, attacks on other devices or on the PSippr infrastructure.
Adult-only features
PSippr may support adult-only social and communication features in appropriately restricted contexts. Such features are not available to minors and must not be used for illegal services, exploitation, trafficking, prostitution, escort activity or any other unlawful conduct.
Adult-only features are separated from public areas: nudity is kept off the public wall and group images, adult albums are locked until their owner grants access, and preferences are shown only to matching people. Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and these rules.
Businesses
A business is responsible for its own offers, prices, goods, services, payments and refunds, and for complying with consumer and trade law.
