PSippr

Terms of use

These terms apply to the PSippr app, its command-line node and the websites on psippr.org.

1. Who provides PSippr

PSippr is developed and operated by Milan Jurkulák, Šifařská 26, 147 00 Prague, Czech Republic (the company Psippr s.r.o. is being registered). Contact: psippr@psippr.org.

2. Who may use PSippr

Only adults aged 18 or over. By using PSippr you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. What PSippr is

PSippr is peer-to-peer software. Your profile, photos and messages are stored on your device and sent directly to other devices. The operator runs supporting infrastructure (relay, entry points, payment confirmations) but does not store your content. The platform may include peer-to-peer profiles, messaging, voice and video communication, nearby discovery, business profiles, community functions, age-restricted adult features, ride sharing, orders and local services.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you publish and do in PSippr and must follow the acceptable use policy and the law. You are responsible for keeping your device and your backup file safe — there is no account the operator could restore for you.

5. Businesses, orders and rides

Businesses are responsible for their own goods, services and payments. Orders are paid directly to the business. Ride sharing is a contribution to trip costs between passenger and driver; card payments for rides are processed by Stripe (authorised when the ride is confirmed, captured when it ends, paid out to the driver), and the operator takes no commission.

6. Paid features

Optional features cost 5 € per month each and are paid through Stripe. See the refund policy.

7. Partner program

Partners receive 1 € for every new user who joins through their link, as described on the partner program page.

8. Availability

PSippr is in a testing (RC) phase. It is provided as it is; features can change and the network can be unavailable. Safety features reduce risk but cannot eliminate all online risks.

9. Blocking and termination

Accounts that break these terms can be put on the spam list or blocked by other users and moderators. You can stop using PSippr at any time by deleting the app; your data lives on your device.

10. Law

Czech law applies, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection of your country.
